Yes. Owing to technical issues with our former application system, we encourage all applicants who did not receive feedback to resubmit via the updated form.

The QA Interview is a brief conversation conducted via Instagram direct message to help us understand you and your grasp of the program. No formal preparation is required; simply be candid and genuine.

Will every applicant pass the QA Interview?

Not necessarily. Progression depends on your profile and interview responses. Even if you are not selected, we warmly invite you to engage with our other initiatives.

We will publish an Instagram post announcing your pending status as a sponsored athlete. The post will link to our official website, where your basic athlete information will appear. If no valid objections are raised within one week, your position in the sponsorship program will be confirmed. This step verifies each applicant’s identity and background, ensuring smooth and transparent partnerships.

What information will be made public?

Only essential details — your name, country or region, and a rider image — will be disclosed. To safeguard privacy, the image on Instagram will be an AI-generated avatar rather than an actual photograph.

SeeScore is a rolling 60-day, three-tier evaluation framework developed by the Alaudark Athlete Management Team. Drawing on a range of fundamental and supplementary metrics, it measures the exposure of all sponsored athletes across the brand’s platforms, events, and community activities, both online and offline. The score informs the duration and scope of continued support, thereby upholding fairness and balance within the program.

Please notify us promptly. We recognise that injuries are inherent to the sport and will adjust collaboration expectations and timelines accordingly.

The current sponsorship package does not provide monetary or cash-equivalent support for competition costs. Any future changes will be reflected in updated sponsorship terms.

The sponsorship operates on a 12-month cycle to maintain a dynamic roster and extend opportunities to a wider spectrum of emerging riders. Rather than offering prolonged benefits to a single cohort, we rotate support and allocate resources equitably. This structure broadens access and fosters balanced, inclusive growth within the freestyle MTB community.
